The Material
Wondering… What Is Fly Ash?
Fly ash is a by‑product of burning pulverized coal in electric power generating plants. During combustion, mineral impurities in the coal — clay, feldspar, quartz and shale — fuse in suspension and float out of the combustion chamber with the exhaust gases.
As the fused material rises, it cools and solidifies into spherical, glassy particles called fly ash — ranging from 0.5 to 300 micrometers — becoming a powerful reinforcing agent in the manufacture of bricks, concrete and more.
And why should you use them?
With the advent of greener construction and increased awareness of environmental issues, major construction houses — and even the government — are moving toward fly ash bricks.

How It's Made
From Ash To Architecture
Mix
Water, quarry dust or river sand, cement, fly ash and stone aggregate under 6mm are precisely blended.
Mould
The mix is compressed and moulded on‑site with our block‑making machines, row by row.
Cure
Bricks are left to cure and dry naturally, developing the strength that defines every VCP product.
Stack & Deliver
Cured bricks are stacked, quality‑checked, and loaded out for on‑time delivery.
